Upgrading a XPS M1330 CPU

I tend to be a bit wordy, so I'll get to the point. I have a dell XPS M1330 laptop and I want to upgrade the processor. My processor is currently a "Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Duo CPU T6400 @ 2.00GHz"

I was wondering if it is possible to install one of Intel's i-series processors, as that would be ideal. But if it isn't are there any recommendations for alternative processors that would be compatible?  I'd prefer something on the order of 2.4GHz.
Many thanks.

None of the i-series will work -- different socket.

None of the 1066 MHz bus CPUs will work -- 800 MHz is the max.  That limits you to about 2.5 GHz, which likely makes any upgrade you can do cost-ineffective.
