I want to upgrade Ram to 8 gb and hhd to sdd
But don't know which will work with mine.

You can use any 2.5" 7 mm SATA notebook SSD you wish -- however, this system is a SATA 3G, so you won't see the full performance of any SSD (most are now 6G drives).
