please reset the bios and tell us if the problem persist or not

You should run the Dell diagnostics (F12 at powerup) and record any errors you see.  Report them to Dell and they'll replace the mainboard under warranty.

The screen is asking to select a desired boot mode. Options are UEFI and other.

How do I get past this screen to access email to run the recommended actions?
