when ever i trying to use blue tooth it says the device is not found, then i trying to open nothing to show.if have any solution for that let me know please e
Same problem with vostro V13, spent hours on the phone and connected online with tech support, tech replaced bluetooth card and that did not solve problem. Eventually reset to factory settings which solved problem temporarily....
only for it to re occur again (I was only able to utilize bluetooth for about 2 hours).
Very frustrated with Dell "support" and this will probably be my last Dell purchase unless some solution arrives soon. Currently on hold after about 5 more transfers and repeated explanations of the problem.
No solutions on the forum, I and 'tech support" have both been unable to uninstall and reinstall drivers.
