kariberry97,

It may be hidden.

Start, control panel, folder options, view

Show hidden files and folders. Click apply, ok.

Now try it.

Hi,

Welcome to the Community. Did you format and reinstall Windows, or did you restore your computer to factory settings? Use the below link for FAQ's on Photoshop Elements.

Hi,

In your initial post you said you had to reinstall all the applications/drivers. Why did you install them? Is it because you reinstalled windows on your computer?

Thank you

Thank you RockStar Rick!! I got it now!!!:emotion-2:

The reason i reinstalled the Dell App/Drivers is because i was having problems with the jumping cursor for the last 3,5 years. Someone on this forum suggested i install the apps/drivers again. Well i did that and lost everything but i  did have a back up on a ext hard drive. Someone else suggested i download  Free TouchFreeze to fix the jumping cursor problem. IT WORKED!!
