MMC-1 = mobile module connector 1

That's an Intel designation.  They're available as both Pentiums and Celerons.  It's just a designator for an integrated mobile processing unit for portable systems.  Most of the 300 Mhz and above processors appear to have been MMC-2, with lower speeds designated as MMC-1s, although this isn't a hard and fast rule (see second link).  Examples can be seen at the first link below.  The second link will allow you to identify your particular unit by the 13 digit Product Tracking Code on the processor module
