What is maximum power consumption for hdd slots?
Hello! I have Dell L702x notebook that has two hdd slots.
I would like to install ssd drive to second hard disk bay. What is maximum power consumption for hdd bays?
I choose between two ssd drive Intel 730 240 Gb (3.8 W in active state) or Intel 535 240 GB (0.16 W in active state). What is the best for the notebook.
I know that average hdd drive consume approximately 1.5 W.

I dont have an exact answer, however you shouldn't have any problems with installing the SSD where power is concerned. The computer is built with a rather large ceiling so I highly doubt you will run into power issues.

In that model notebook front panel (under left wrist) are very hot than some cpu intensive application works. I am fear that additional heating may corrupt electronic components (videocard or motherboard) of notebook
