Where is the webcam app?
I recently restored a Dell Inspiron 15R 5537, model to factory settings and spent over an hour searching for the app that enables use of the integrated webcam. Dell's "Downloads" page for this PC model offers no software for the camera. And Dell support did not reply to mail, despite the invitation to do so. The laptop's manual is, well, a typically computer manual... useless.
Can anybody lend a hand and tell me how I can make use of the webcam?

If I may impose with just one more question about the app: after launching and using the WebCam, there is no exit icon, which I noticed is annoyingly common in Win 8.1 and later. I have to use Windows Task Manager to end the task. Surely there is a more sane way to exit the Camera app window. Would you know the evidently well guarded secret?
