Please follow the steps below which may fix the issue:
1. Run the Windows troubleshooter:
a) Click Start. b) Click Control Panel. c) In the search box type Troubleshooter. d) Click Troubleshooting.
2. It’s possible that the system is infected with a virus or spyware. Check your PC using antispyware and antivirus programs.
3. Restart your system in Safe Mode. Start tapping the F8 key on your keyboard once the system restarts. Use the arrow keys to choose Safe Mode in Windows Advanced Options menu and then press Enter. Check if the issue occurs in Safe Mode
4. If the issue doesn’t occur in Safe Mode, update the video driver. Follow the steps below:
a) Click Start button. b) In the search box type devmgmt.msc and then press enter. c) Select the video card device and right click it. d) Select properties. e) In the properties window, under Driver tab, click Update Driver button. f) After the installing the updates, restart the computer.
