Why does Dell Inspiron 15 screen not start up when charger is plugged-in, but starts normally on battery power?
My Dell Inspiron 15 does not start up when I power it on while it’s connected to the charger. The screen does not turn on and the laptop starts beeping.. 3 continuous beeps with a pause in between. Then, i turn off the charger and switch on the laptop on battery power, and it starts normally. Is it due to a faulty charger ? or is it due to a motherboard error?
