Windows 10 Drivers for Dell Vostro 3450

Dell has not published official Windows 10 Drivers for Vostro 3450. But the following drivers work quite well (you can search the name in internet to get the download link). The drivers have been listed as per their installation order.

1. Intel Chipset Device Software - SetupChipset.exe from Intel Website
2. Intel Management Engine Interface Driver - Chipset_Driver_0F63X_WN32_11.0.0.1158_A01.EXE
3. Dell USB 3.0 Host Controller Driver - HostDriver_V3.6.8.0.exe
4. Realtek RTS5128 Card Reader Driver - 003-RtsXStor_10.0.370.102.zip
5. Intel Rapid Storage Technology -3540_Serial-ATA_Driver_KK61F_WN_12.8.2.1000_A01.EXE
6. Realtek HD Audio ALC269 Driver - vista_win7_win8_r271.exe
7. Realtek RTL8111E Gigabit Ethernet Controller Driver - Inbuilt in Windows 10 and requires no driver download
8. Dell QuickSet - Application_Dell_A01_W8164-SETUP_ZPE.exe
9. Synaptics Fingerprint Sensor Driver - Security_Driver_6KKVY_WN32_4.5.289.0_A00.EXE
10. Dell Wireless 1701 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 3.0+HS Driver - DW1701_W8_X00_A00_Setup-V9MT8_ZPE.exe (Switch on WiFi & Bluetooth before installation)
11. Touchpad driver is bit complicated and requires the following steps:
    1. Install Synaptic Dell Touchpad Driver - Synaptic_v19_0_19_1_C_x86-x64_Win10.zip
    2. Restart
    3. Select the driver manually from Device Manager (Browse computer for driver-> Let me pick from a list of device drivers-> uncheck Show compatible hardware-> select Synaptics -> Synaptics PS/2 Port Touchpad)
    4. Restart
    5. Run the registry editor (regedit)
    6. Go to key: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Synaptics\SynTP\Defaults\
    7. Here create a new key as a DWORD and name it as 'HasBothButtonFeature' without the quotes and set the value to 1.
    8. Log off and Log on again
    9. Open Synaptics Control Panel and edit touchpad settings

13. If not already completed, Update Intel GPU Driver
