Windows 7: BSOD random intervals, STOP error 0x0000007E, iaStor.sys

My Dell XPS 14 starts having problems with blue screen of death. I've tried updating the BIOS, reinstalling the drive, and even reinstalling Windows entirely but the problem is still there. Help please.
