Windows 8.1 Bluescreen error video_dxgkrnl error;code:0x0000113;caused by watchdog.sys

Dell inspiron 5537:AMD radeon HD 8700 M;Intel graphics 4400 driver

I have been experiencing blue screen error everytime i start up the computer or put in sleep mode.Each time i start up,the dell logo gets loaded twice and thereby increasing my boot time.I tried searching on net  and found it was a driver problem.So i went to device manager and individually updated each,updated my bios version to A06,uninstalled McAfee which was preinstalled.Previously I used to have a problem regarding the sleep option and brightness option in the charms toolbar.Doing the above resolved those but not the bluescreen error.
