Windows 8.1 Error
I had updated my Inspiron 7520 to Window 8.1 last month. Yesterday I uninstalled my graphic driver to reinstall it but on restarting the laptop I am getting a Blank Black screen at log in. Also i can see mouse moving for some time. I also have Ubuntu installed which is working perfectly.
Please suggest me some solution.

have you tried doing a recovery or refresh?

Yeah, I restored Windows and its working. But still getting error on starting Catalyst Control Center.
And when i uninstalled it again ,I got the same Black Screen again. I think I'll have to do a fresh installation of 8.1
