Can the XPS 12 memory be upgraded? So far I can't get a straight answer from Dell.

Hi jb3962,
Welcome to the Community,
On XPS 12 the memory (RAM) is part of the system board.Since memory is part of the system board, it cannot be upgraded as a separate module.

I definitely wished I had known this before purchasing this product. Yikes! Beware buyers - you will exceed RAM capabilities of this machine quickly and will have no option to upgrade. Wow.... Profane word removed as per TOU>

Dear ADMIN, I would love to know what word you considered as "profane." There was no such language in my review.

If anything in this system except the SSD fails (i.e., the RAM, GPU or CPU), the entire mainboard muset be replaced.
