Update : I reformatted it with windows 7 pro and still nothing.
I don't understand how dell can have drivers for a service tag that doesn't work!

Hi dteeters,
The Hardware ID's you've given are for the Dell Wireless 1704 Card, which isn't compatible with the XPS 14z (www.pcworld.com/.../dell-xps-14z-notebook.html). It is however compatible with the Inspiron 14z (www.dell.com/.../pd). Can you click the links and check what model of Laptop you have.
If as per the Hardware ID you do have the Inspiron 14z then please uninstall all the drivers you have already installed from the XPS 14z page and install the Inspiron 14z drivers in this order from the support site www.dell.com/.../diagnose :
1. Chipset
2. Video
3. Audio
4. Network
5. Wireless
6. USB 3
If you are still in doubt as to what model you have, PM me with your Service Tag and I'll tell you the model and what to install
