Hi Antonio,

Strangely enough I couldn't find it on the Dell website either. Here are the part numbers. You may need to contact Dell Customer Service. Here are the compatible part numbers.

The battery in these isn't considered user-replaceable.   You will need to call for a replacement estimate (you send the system in to Dell - they replace the battery and return it to you).

Thanks. I hoped to replace by myself the battery, because Dell provides a guide on how to substitute all the components (I upgraded to 16 Gb RAM, and for sure it is more difficult than replacing the battery).

I just purchased a new battery (PN # JWPHF) from Dell.com and the charger. The battery was only 19% charged and the charger doesn't work for me. My XPS Laptop is a L501X and so I am trying to contact Dell to figure out what to do with this charger, The battery fits (obviously), but only 19 % charged...really? I will let you know, but the replacement parts are on Dell.com and $89.00 for a battery. I will let you know what happens. Thanks!
