When I do a clean install of windows 7 64-bin on my Dell XPS 17 (702) Four drivers aren't installing:
1. Network Controller
2. PCI Simple communications Controller
3. SM Bus controller
4. Unknown device
I don't have a network connection on the laptop, but "most" other functions work. I'm assuming its a chipset issue, but when I search for drivers for this build, using my service tag, the only driver listed under chip sets is for USB 3.0. Installed that, but still the drivers show as yellow questions marks in device manager.
Help is appreciated! Is there a driver for the chip set I'm missing?

SM Bus controller means the chipset driver WAS not installed. CHIPSET IS ALWAYS first.
PCI Simple communications Controller can be a modem but is more likely INTEL AMT SOL (serial over lan)
