The drivers that are to be installed on this system after Operating System reinstallation are as follows:
Ricoh Driver Intel GMA 950 Video Driver Broadcom 440X 100/100 Integrated Controller -Ethernet Wireless Mini-Card Driver (if applicable)- Wireless driver HD Audio Driver Bluetooth Driver (if applicable)
Please download the drivers from Dell's support site : http://dell.to/uIo3ef Enter the Service Tag and choose the operating system. Download and install the drivers. Restart the computer and check if the issue is resolved.
