XPS M1530 missing drivers

For the Base System Device install this:

They're both XP drivers for the M1330 - Most of the M1330's XP driver work fine with the XPS M1530, I'm using a good few of them. 

For your Base System Device, I'd go to DriverAgent.com to find out what that is.  It asks to install an ActiveX control, but I've never had any issues with it in the past.  Your out of date/missing drivers are shown with site links for them, it requires membership to download, but I just use them to findout what drivers I'm missing.  This might help with your fingerprint scanner as well, but I'm not sure about that.  Sorry, I can't help you there.
