XPS m1330 HDMI not working
Hey Everyone,
I’m facing a dilemma here & I need your help please
I’ve got an XPS m1330 laptop & it used to connect to my Panasonic viera & HD projector through HDMI successfully but lately it’s not. Each time I connect HDMI & press on FN + F8 the screen seems to receive the signal but its blank!! I’ve gone to the Nvida control panel & it recognizes that its connected to Panasonic TV but still no display nor audio on the TV. I’ve connected my friend’s laptop XPS m1330 through HDMI & it worked fine. I’ve even connected my laptop to another sony TV through HDMI & it worked fine.
So the question why isn’t my laptop connecting to my Panasonic viera & HD projector?
Thank you

Try updating your video/graphics card. Did changes occur in your graphics card control panel? Is there a dedicated HDMI input just for a PC? Will other PC's work on your TV? Check the configuration of your TV inputs from the TV menus. Look for a Vista patch.

Can you go back to a time when your hdmi worked? Have you installed any new programs?

I've tried the above but nothing worked out.
I'm suspecting something, is vista somehow saving the settings of HDMI with my panasonic TV?
because as I was mentioning before that is worked fine with the sony TV
if there are any other suggestions please let me know
