XPS13 problems

Question

I've just bought DELL XPS13 ( Win7 x64 installed ), and I have several problems: 1) WIFI doesn't work when the system starts. It just doesn't see any networks. It begins working when I manually turn off the network interface and then turn it on back. Also, the network interface dies after waking up after the sleep mode (when the laptop closed and opened again). Also the wifi seems to working worse than wifi on the my Acer netbook staying near (dell shows worse level of wifi signal). I turned off bluethooth network interface that seemed improved the performance a little bit, I also tried to tune up the WIFI interface, but it still working worse than acer (the level jumps up and down, but the Acer has the constant high level of the signal). I tried both: a driver from the DELL download center, which was 15.2. and a never driver 16.02. Both have the same issues. 2) I couldn't find drivers for several device (I tried DELL download center Fresco Logic xHCI (USB3), Intel Management Engine Interface and Serial ata drivers didn't want to install saying that my system doesn't satisfy minimum requirements). If I understand correctly, L321x is the model with core i5 and L322x is the model with i7. I have the i5 version, so that I downloaded drivers for L321x. The  device manager shows the lack of the following drivers: - PCI controller Simple COmmunication PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_1E3A&SUBSYS_058B1028&REV_04PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_1E3A&SUBSYS_058B1028PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_1E3A&CC_078000PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_1E3A&CC_0780 - USB controller PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_1E31&SUBSYS_058B1028&REV_04PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_1E31&SUBSYS_058B1028PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_1E31&CC_0C0330PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_1E31&CC_0C03 - Unknown device ACPI\INT33A0*INT33A0  PLEASE HELP !!!!!!!!!
