blue screen errors

I have been facing with the blue screen errors since the purchase of my dell xps 14 laptop.First I used to get these errors with both video player and any game i

play on my laptop.Any game i start i get a blue screen and the system gets shut downed.I consulted your support through the toll free number and he saw all

the dump files and advised me to reinstall the os and there is a problem with nvidia drivers. i downloaded new drivers from the official site of nvidia.Only the

problem which has been subsided is with the video player,but the problem remains the same with any game.I think that there might be some problem with the

RAM or with the graphic card.And now the person who used to deal my case is also not responding.please give me an advice what to do immediately.As I am

an IIT student it has been creating very much problem with this errors.
