Hi michu87,

You may follow the steps below to turn the Bluetooth On and see if it helps :

  1. Launch Settings Charm (Windows + I button on keyboard) and select Change PC settings.
  2. Select Wireless from the left pane.
  3. Under the Wireless devices option, move the Bluetooth slider to turn it on/off.
  4. Also ensure that the Airplane mode is Off.

For the webcam issue, please check under 'Imaging Devices' in 'Device Manager' and see if the Integrated webcam gets detected. To check webcam in 'Device Manager':
  • Press Windows + X and select Device Manager.
  • Under “Imaging Devices”, you will find the 'Webcam' listed.
  • Right click and uninstall.
  • Restart and see if it makes any difference.

If the issue persists, please share a screenshot of Device Manager with Network adapter category expanded. Will take it further from there.

Hi michu87,

Apologies for delayed response. It appears the USB controllers are not installed properly. You may follow the steps below to refresh USB Root Hubs and see if it helps :

  1. Open Device Manager
  2. Expand ‘Universal Serial Bus controllers’
  3. From the list, look for ‘USB Root Hub’
  4. Right click, choose ‘Uninstall’, choose ‘OK’
  5. Uninstall ‘USB Root Hub’ and 'USB Enhanced Host Controller'
  6. Restart the computer
  7. Restarting the computer will install ‘USB Root Hub’s automatically

If the issue persists, please try updating the chipset drivers from Here and Management Engine driver from Here. Follow the onscreen instructions and restart the computer when prompted.

You may also try putting a little pressure near the webcam area and see if that makes any difference. This step is to check for any loose connections.

For the Bluetooth issue, please share a screenshot of Device Manager with Network Adapters expanded. Will take it further from there.

Hi Thoufeeka Azees,

Has the Bluetooth worked before? When did the issue start? Did you make any recent changes to the computer? Please attach a snapshot of the device manager.
