lukas.b3002,

The Dell Wireless 1701 802.11b/g/n adapter will connect to 2.4GHz ONLY. To connect to 5.0GHz, you'll need to replace the adapter or use a 5.0GHz USB wireless adapter.

If you have a 5.0GHz wireless router, some that are dual band, will allow you to connect to 2.4GHz.

If you mean a 4G wireless (WWAN) connection, the system isn't set up for that - you'd need to purchase  a WWAN adapter for it.  It will do wifi only by default.

lukas.b3002,

You want to connect to 5.0GHz instead of 2.4GHz, correct? We need to see which wireless adapter you have installed.

Can you run Finding System Information REMOVE YOUR PRODUCT ID and REGISTERED OWNER and post the information back here.

Yes. I want to connect to 5.0GHz instead of 2.4GHz.

My wireless adaptor is "Dell Wireless 1701 802.11b/g/n"

Unfortunately I couldn't run "systeminfo" I don't know why when I clicked on the "run as administrator" after few seconds automatically closed! and I couldn't find "systeminfo.txt"

Thanks for help.
