I just went through this. There is no driver Windows 7 has the driver for the web cam. The Dell Web Cam Central software is located at My Dell Downloads, google that and you will get the site. Create account or log in with your Dell account and then run the register application and you'll find the software there.

Do you have Dell Webcam Central disk?
Did your computer come with Windows 7 or was it upgraded?
