Camera on Dell Latitude E5520 has native drivers from Windows operating system. Microphone drivers are integrated with audio drivers. I would suggest you to update audio driver on the system. Please enter your service tag # on the link below, select the OS, then download the audio driver from audio section onto the system and install it.
The audio drivers for Windows 8 operating system seem to be in built in the operating system. Please perform Windows update or download the Windows 7 driver and install it on the compatibility mode.

There are no audio section under either windows 8 32 bit or 64bit.
