ePSA Build 4304.12 UEFI ROM - What is this error message?
I turned on my Inspiron 13-5378 laptop this morning and got a Dell "SupportAssist" screen indicating an error message (ePSA) of "Build 4304.12 UEFI ROM". Below that was a message "Hard Drive Not Intalled!". The mouse was still functional, so I selected the "Continue" button on the bottom right of the screen and the laptop shut off. I rebooted a few times, but got the same result each time. I could not find this error message anywhere in the Dell support materials. Can someone help me?

Go into setup (F2 at powerup). Is the hard drive listed there? If it is, restart, press F12 and boot to the Dell diagnostics. Run an extended test on the drive.
If it's NOT listed (or fails the diagnostic), the drive will need to be replaced.
