Hi sherisara,
Welcome to the Community,
Did you reinstall Windows on your system? Do you get this error while trying to reinstall a particular driver?
Go to Device Manager (Control Panel,System,Hardware) and see if any of the items listed has a yellow question mark or exclamation mark.
May I know which version of Windows is installed on your system.Example Windows 7 (64 bit).
