Don't glue it and don't worry about it unless it gets worse.  If it is really a big deal you could take apart and reassemble the top assembly.  It might need a new screen bezel if any of the plastic tabs which hold it in place broke off.

Thanks. It is not a big deal now. You won’t see it if you not intentionally to look at a specific angle, not the way when you are working. I think the bezel is fine. Maybe I need to reassemble it. I will find someone to do that because I don’t know where to start. Does someone provide such service in Dallas area?

Having someone re-assemble it might be quite pricey. You could do it yourself, here is the service manual ---> http://support.dell.com/support/edocs/systems/pcpxhj/sm/64ptn_en.pdf starting at page 27. You would only need to remove and replace the LCD bezel.
