images dont load properly

I own a Dell vostro 3446 3000 series which I have made no hardware modifications to.

Recently every browser I've tested wont seem to properly load images. They come up completely pixelated,. This doesnt happen to images or video(not online or on computer) on my computer, only online  browsers.So then I went into Dell PC Checkup to see if anything came up but every is fine there ...no errors 

No driver updates available from NVIDIA...wot to do now :(
