Hi,
This system goes with a Dell Wireless 5620 Mobile Broadband Mini-Card, or a Dell Wireless 5540 HSPA Mobile Broadband Mini-Card. Click on start, right click on computer, click on properties, click on device manager, and check if the card is getting detected under network adapters or modems. If it is getting detected then you will need to contact the Service Provider to set this up. Systems sold with a WWAN card have a removable sticker on the left-hand palm rest that includes contact information and instructions for activating the WWAN service. If the card is not getting detected then you can download it from support.dell.com, home users, drivers and downloads, enter your service tag to find drivers for your system.

i put in my sim card and tried to connect to the internet, its not even detecting that there is a sim card
