Hi Raycorb,

Please let me know the model number of the USB Endoscope camera and the Operating system installed on the system.

This error comes up when there are compatibility issues and hence the right drivers need to be installed.

If you are using windows 7 and you are unable to find the compatible driver software then, try installing the same in compatibility mode. You may refer to the link mentioned below for more information:

http://bit.ly/2HbXr  and http://bit.ly/19SNB2U

Also, let me know if you see any yellow bang on the driver in device manager. Open Device Manager by clicking the Start button, click Control Panel, click System and Security, and then, under System, click Device Manager. If you're prompted for an administrator password or confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.

Please respond for further assistance.

Thanks & Regards

Hi Raycorb,

Sorry for the late response. I would suggest you to right click on the Unknown device in Device Manager.  Click on update drivers and follow the instructions. Ensure that you are connected to the internet.
