need service tag utility
hey guys, i need the service tag utility, the asset tag utility doesn't work, it tells me that there's a password and not in the right format. i use to have it, but i no longer do. can someone help me?

Evidently the new mobo has a password protecting it - if it was replaced by Dell, call and prove ownership and they will give you a master password. If not a Dell repair, try and get the person who sold it to you to trade it for one not password protected.

asset /s /d - will delete the existing service tag
asset /s XXXXXX - replace the XXXXXX's with your new Service Tag
If this doesn't work, I seem to remember having to use a different program to remove the existing service tag one time.

I have been trying asset.exe but this program won't allow you to change the service tag number but just to install it once . I cannot find any other program able to change it .
asset /s /d cannot delete system tag

Guys,
Anyone know, how to change the Service Tag in the windows, such as , Programs \Dell accessories\express service code.
After I cloned the PC, I wanted to change the Serivce Tag.
