Recently, I needed to use old WinXP lap top to run an application incompatible with the newer versions of Internet Explorer. To my surprise, it lacked the display driver to feed a DVI interface. I went to http://dell.to/Qnizfs as suggested, put in my service tag, and an appropriate driver was quickly recommended and downloaded. I was very pleased that DELL was still supporting the unit.

Hi lksusier,
Since you have mentioned that the video driver is not installed in the system, you can go ahead and install the video driver using the link below.

Please punch in the system service tag and you can install the video driver, once the video driver is installed restart the computer.

The problem was fixed after I installed the Microsoft service pack 2.
