new keyboard is not working properly

I have a Dell Xps l502x , broke my old backlight keyboard by spilling water on it in August , since then the fan has been running nonstop, been using an external USB keyboard as a substitute until , the new backlight keyboard came this weekend , I connected it up started testing it and noticed that the first two rows of the keyboard aren't working as they should, I looked around for a solution, tried keyboard mapping from C:\Program Files (x86)\Windows Resource Kits\Tools but didn't help, the only solution that was any help to me that I found was '' Function + X'' that got the fan working normally again.

Here's a breakdown of everything wrong with the new keyboard when typing

(F1) key Types (w)

(F2) key types (e)

(`) key types (q`)

(5) key types (r5)

(6) key types (u6)

(-)key types (p-)

(=)key types (i=)

(q)key types (q`)

(w)key opens help and support

(r) types (r5)

(u) types (u6)

(i) types (i=)

(p)types (p-)

the same characters are faulty when the Shift key is used,

is there any way I can fix this?
