pci modem

Question

hi i have had to reinstall  my drivers to my dell latitude d610 but the pci simple communications controller ven 104c den 8038 and the pci modem ven 8086 dev 266d will not install from reinstallation disc, where can i dowload the drivers for the pci? thanks, been on dell dowloads and put in my service tag but not sure what to install, thanks, please help
