Welcome to the Community. I suggest you uninstall the bluetooth driver and reinstall it using the below link. Click on start, right click on computer, click on properties, click on device manager, click on the symbol next to network adapter, right click on the bluetooth card and click uninstall, click ok to confirm. Once its removed use the below link to instal it.
As you instructed I followed the steps but while installing it says - "ACTIVAT BLUETOTOH USING WIRELESS SWITCH" or "CANCEL INSTALLATION" when I switched on the bluetooth then installation didn't proceed further. What to do now?
I had the same problem and my laptop model is the same.
For a long time I couldn't find a proper solution. But few days ago I came to know that a new intel PROSet wireless software package is available. I installed it hoping it will solve the problem. But sadly it didn't. But then the problem was solved by uninstalling the Dell bluetooth client software I had installed earlier.
When uninstalling, I confirmed to uninstall the drivers. But I think the drivers were not removed. It gave the following error.
"The driver files you wish to remove will not be removed........."
Then I restarted the computer.... and the bluetooth file transfer and all other communications I use worked correctly. :) I later installed the dell wireless software with only the drivers and not with the bluetooth client (you can select them during installation). Still everything works fine. So I think the problem was in Dell bluetooth client. Hope this will help you... :)
Thanks yasuravithana for your support, I had faced same problem in my laptop which is the model is same as you said, and I did as you mentioned. Now I can send and receive the files from Bluetooth technology.

Hi Mohit,
Restart your computer and check if the driver is installed. If its not installed try installing the driver again.
Thank you
