I would like to elaborate on ieee488's suggested battery. If you are on eBay look for Genuine OEM Dell Battery, not just OEM Dell Battery; When I have looked for batteries for my XPS L502X many third party batteries were listed as "OEM Dell Battery" when they were not Dell batteries at all. Same thing can happen with Genuine OEM Dell Battery too however. The best and easiest way (not always the cheapest) to get a Genuine Dell battery is to order directly from Dell. Genuine Dell batteries DO exist on eBay, they're just difficult to find.

I wouldn't buy it.
Look for one on eBay. Look for OEM Dell battery.
