setting up Voice Recognition

Alright i'm trying to setup the voice recognition in Vista. I thought i had mic built in the computer. Am  i wrong. Is there somewhere i can go to see if i have a built in mic on my computer. I have a E1505 btw. Do i just have to purhase a mic and plug it in the in-line mic jack?
 
Thanks any help would be appreciated

I'm pretty sure there's no built in mic in the 1505. I have a 1505 and I never heard anything about it having one. You'll probably need to plug one in. Voice recognition will work much better with a headset anyways.
