technical issues with my new laptop :error in loading DLL -file "shell.css" missing
Hi,
I just purchased a few days ago a
Dell Inspiron laptop at BestBuy. Two days ago I started to have some issues with error windows popping out on my computer. Each time I start my computer here's the window that pops out :

Error : error in loading DLL
Code : 0
URL : file//c:Program%20 Files%20(X86)/Dell%20Support%20Center/sscommon/common/inc/ss/ss_shellinclude.js

If I click either "yes" or "no" then a large blank window pops out on my screen and I can't close it
Afterwards a second window error pops out :
failed on loading skin name "dellprodeg_skin. The file is required in your "sscommon/skins/dellprodreg_skin/css/" directory. To fix this problem check the skin name in your config file ore reinstall the application.
And the large blank window stays on my screen until I log out or shut down my computer.
I hope somebody can help me to resolve this technical issue. I tried to contact Dell Support Center by e-mail but my e-mails were returned undeliverable so I also tried to contact them by phone but I got a reply message that my call couldn't be completed, I don't know what is going on and what to do...

i am having the exact same problem and wondering if you received a solution to this problem. i have a dell inspiron 1525.

Hi Vincent,
I'm not a "Pro" with computers so what I did I contacted Technical Support and somebody called me a few days after and went on remote on my computer. It didn't take long and he removed a few things that I don't use and fixed other files. I think it's the best thing to do if your computer is still on warranty.
