Hi npcvostros,
The system might be having this issue due an incompatible memory or incorrectly memory reseated, so to check this lets follow the below steps:
(1) Your computer supports 800MHz SODIMM memory, if any other memory is used it wouldn’t work.
(2) Try using the computer with just the 4GB RAM and check if it works.
(3) If it works then remove both the memories and interchange the slots and check.
If this also doesn’t work I request you to reply with more information about the memory module and I can help you.
