windows Boot manager missing from bios

Hi every body , 
i am facing big problem and i tried approximately all the solutions to fix that problem ,
I have dell inspiron 7520 SE , That model comes with 2 hard disk , 1 SSD for cashing and 1 HDD 1TB for normal storage ,
I accidentally deleted the HDD with all the EFI partitions that comes with the original state , Now every thing is not going properly there is no secure booting , because when i choose from the BIOS to boot securely it gives me checking media [Failed] , and also if enter the bios and go to UEFI boot it should be there 

Windows Boot Manager
UEFI Onboard LAN IPv4
UEFI Onboard LAN IPv6

I ONLY have the 2nd and 3rd option   
and that's the problem !

Anyone have idea about that problem , Or i am forced to go dell service to make the original settings again ?
