hi dynamox,

those commands which you given are for HP UX and AIX.

my server have solaris SPARC 10 installed.

Hi,

is ControlCenter Host Agent installed on these servers?!
Then you just have to look at properties of our hbas (Serial)!!

Or install HBanyware and Management all emulex hba`s from one host.

hi

how can i manage all the emulex HBA's from one server.
is there any particular software for that..

HBAnywhere ..i believe when you install it you have to select an option which will allow you to manage the HBA from another host (using HBAnywhere)

You have a Management option (File -> Management Mode).

So I configured one to full management and all other to local Management plus (see hbanyware guide 4.1 page 21). I think this feature is supported only with 3.x and later. But I`m not sure.

Hi If you server is solaris SPARC 10 ,you can use" fcinfo hba-port" to find hba wwn
