Need Urgent help on Open Replicator Create Copy Session

Hi All, We are going to migrate one server from DMX to V-max using OP hot pull. Now my question is Can I create the Open Replicator Copy Session without shutting down the production host?  To check device pair are created fine also I can make the data to  copy the target device. symrcopy create –name server_root_803-1700 –pull –hot –precopy –file server_root_803-1700.txt –v –nop At the time of real migration window. We make the server shutdown and activate the OP hot pull session.

Hello Branjan3,

For online (-hot) copying, the control devices may be Read/Write enabled.

The remote devices should not be receiving any updates from their local host.

Also, we cannot use -precopy with hot pull. -donor_update is a valid option.
