When are you getting this BSOD, at boot or some other time?
Reboot and immediatelypress F12. Look for option to run the diagnostics and run the extended disk drive tests. Copy error message(s), if any. This may take a long time depending on size of the drive, so be patient.
Assuming the drive passes the tests, you probably will have to repair Windows. What you need and how to do it depends on the version of Windows...
