Changing HDMI input, OSD not working
I have an Inspiron 5490 and I'm trying to use it as a 2nd monitor. I have my laptop plugged into the HDMI in port and I have even updated my OSD driver, however the OSD/BIST button on the bottom doesn't do anything if just pressed but goes to a blacm screen if held dow. How do I change my input source on this? I am running Windows 11 if that helps. Thanks!

Thank you. I've done all these suggestions and I can get the laptop to recognize the 3rd screen, I just can't switch the AIO to monitor mode. I have held the OSD button on restart and gotten flashing screen. Where is the input selection on my AIO?

The input selection button located next to the power button. Review your process for possible mistake, as all users posted in that thread that it was working for them.
