@s23kshah - Do you have a 200W or 260W PSU in this Inspiron 3880?
What's the recommended PSU size for the specific GTX 1650 card you want? From what I see, in general, the minimum recommended PSU size for the GTX 1650 is 300W.
Does the specific GTX 1650 you want require a 6-pin PCI-e power connection to the PSU? Does your PSU have a 6-pin connector?
What's the length of the specific card you want, and does the Inspiron 3880 case have enough room for a card that long?

I installed Amazon.com: MSI Graphic Cards GT 1030 2G LP OC, Low Profile: Computers & Accessories in my Inspiron 3880 with a 200 watt PSU after Dell sales support verified it would work, has been running fine since 12/09/2020. Sorry I have no info on the GTX 1650.
