Computer won’t boot up

AC adapter power and wattage cannot be determined.   I received this error message on my dell all in one desktop.  Now the computer will not boot up.  It turns on, beeps twice and then nothing. Tried F2 and F12, did not work.

Always include exact PC model and version of Windows in your posts.

Two beeps is typically a RAM (memory error) but without knowing the exact model, it might mean something else.

Try this for starters, in order:

Power off and disconnect the adapter from rear of PC
Disconnect adapter from wall
Press/hold power button on PC for ~30 sec
Reconnect adapter to PC
Reconnect adapter directly to wall outlet, without using a surge protector or power strip
Try to boot...
