DELL G5000 BIOS

I'm having issues activation PCI SLOT 1 & 4 on my Dell g5 5000 series, looks like BIOS is locked and does not allow to do any changes. Anyone know how to activate the PCI SLOT?

There is no need to activate anything. Just install the compatible pci card and it will be recognized. Take all the necessary precautions that are in your service manual.

What type card is this, and are you sure the card is compatible with this new PC?

If it's a PCI card, it won't work. The motherboard only supports PCI-e cards.  If it is a PCI-e card, it still may not work with UEFI BIOS.

And even if it is a compatible PCI-e card, you might have to disable Secure Boot in BIOS.
